We had such a lovely stay and were blown away with the attention to detail in every aspect from the information during your stay to the small touches as you get to your room. What a lovely house and hosts, It certainly is true what all the other testimonials have been written about Afon Rhaiadr. Our stay was excellent, the room we had was fantastic, so much attention to detail and, you cannot find better, more welcoming hosts than Gina and Gareth. The service was first class and the breakfast was excellent. We have not stayed anywhere as good as this for a very long time. Many thanks to Gina and Gareth

We have just stayed for a 2 night break at the Afon Rhaiadr this really is a hidden gem. The hosts Gareth & Gina work tirelessly to ensure all your needs are met for a comfortable stay. It is worth paying the extra for the superior rooms, they are really sumptuous. We dined in, and the meal was lovely, and the red wine was something special (Gareth supports a local wine merchant). A great location for exploring. We would recommend anyone to stay here and support this lovely couple in keeping and developing this business, which they are both so passionate about. Margot & Carl

Just got home from a wonderful weekend at Afon Rhaiadr. Gina and Gareth are wonderful hosts, the house and grounds are delightful and the food wonderful! We would heartily recommend the location, just perfect for visiting much of Snowdonia and the surrounding area. We hope to return one day. Top marks!

We had a 2 night stay, and the hotel is beautiful and spotless. Gina and Gareth, a lovely couple very helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and again nothing too much trouble.
